Privacy Policy

Treasure is a personal save-and-organize tool. You can use it without any account — in that mode, nothing leaves your phone. If you sign in with Google, your library syncs to our servers so it can move between your devices. We collect only what's needed for that to work. No tracking, no ads, no analytics, no third-party sharing.

Local-only mode (no sign-in). Everything you save stays on your device. We have no servers in the loop, and we collect no data.

Cloud mode (signed in with Google). Your library is stored on our servers so it can sync between your devices.

• Your Google email address and display name (from your Google account, used to identify you on our servers).
• The items you save: URLs, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and any text content you add.
• The categories you create and the links between items and categories.
• Timestamps of when items were created and modified.

We do not store passwords. Authentication is handled by Google.

• We do not track your activity outside the app.
• We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use analytics, advertising IDs, or third-party trackers.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any device identifier beyond what's needed to deliver the sync feature.

Cloud-mode data is stored on Vercel (application hosting) and Neon Postgres (database). Item thumbnails captured during enrichment are stored on Vercel Blob. All transit between your phone and our servers is over HTTPS.

We share data only when required by law (e.g. a valid legal process). No commercial sharing of any kind.

• Sign out from Settings → Sign out. Your local cache is wiped on this device. Your cloud data remains tied to your account until you delete it.
• Delete your account from Settings → Delete account. All your cloud-stored items, categories, and account info are permanently deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible.
• Switch to local-only by signing out and tapping "Use locally without sign-in" on the welcome screen.

Treasure is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

We will post any changes to this policy at this URL with an updated "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in-app when reasonable.
